Product Details

The Flash Suppressing Compensator (FSC) Series of muzzle devices from PWS provides superior compensation characteristics combined with enough flash suppression to keep the flash out of your optics and line of sight. Designed for both competitive and tactical use, the FSC Series allows for superior muzzle stabilization and aids the shooter in faster follow-up shots and accuracy.

The unique port design of the FSC Series yields muzzle control that meets or exceeds the performance of the best muzzle brakes on the market without the teeth-rattling overpressure indicative of other brakes and compensators.

All of the FSC Series muzzle devices have been classified as a non-flash suppressing device by the BATFE, thus removing any restriction from assault weapon ban states or provinces. A copy of this document is available upon request or on our website at www.primaryweapons.com.

A PWS signature product, the FSC 556 ships standard on the FNH® SCAR® 16S. Coupling flash suppression with muzzle control, the FSC 556 is an ideal compensator for putting a high volume of rounds on target. The FSC 556 is a mounting option for the Gemtech Halo.

Great product! I have ran many different compensators and I need to look no further for the one I will continue to use. One noticable feature was the ability for faster follow up shots and a shrinking group size on double tap drills. Another great feature is that the muzzle flash is kept out of the shooter's line of sight and makes the target remain more visible. Not only is the product great, but the staff at PWS is noteworthy also.

I ordered this device to put on my 14.5" barrel. It helped keep me on target and little felt recoil. I'll be ordering more to put on my other rifles.

I pinned/welded this on a 14.5" barrel on an AR i just built. Gun tips the scales at 6.5 pounds without a mag. I have almost ZERO felt recoil. I am able to keep the gun on target better than I expected. Free standing I can hit my 10" target from 30 yards 5 times before the first brass hits the ground! I can barely pull a sight picture in that time with my 12 lb. Rock River LAR-15 Coyote and a standard vortex flash hider. Well worth the investment!
